Ensure your system meets the following requirements to take a DASCA certification exam online without interruptions. You can check your system compatibility by taking a mock exam on your myDASCA dashboard.

Network Connection

A wired internet connection is strongly recommended over wireless for more stable exam performance.

Internet Speed

Minimum 1 MBPS

Note: Candidates are responsible for ensuring adequate connectivity. Exams disrupted due to insufficient bandwidth may need to be rescheduled through the myDASCA dashboard by paying a nominal rescheduling fee.

Latest version of Google Chrome (required).

Webcam

An internal or external webcam connected to the desktop/computer.

Firewall

Corporate firewalls (including VPNs) can interfere with exam delivery. Candidates are advised to take the exam in a setting without these restrictions.

Admin Rights

Admin rights may be required if the exam is being taken on an office-managed device.

Exam Day Checklist

Ensure you have a valid photo ID and a quiet, distraction-free space that meets DASCA's setup guidelines. Failure to comply may lead to disqualification.

Show your ID to the remote proctor on exam day. Any discrepancies or unacceptable IDs may result in denied access to the exam.

Missed Exam

If you miss your DASCA exam due to an emergency, such as illness or family bereavement, contact DASCA. Valid reasons may qualify you for a retake, subject to approval.

Exam Attempt & Fees

Your first exam attempt is included in the certification fee. If you need to reschedule or retake the exam, a fee of USD 100 will apply. Exams can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Late Arrival

Candidates are required to arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure a smooth exam experience. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in forfeiting your slot, requiring rescheduling.
